How to Request a Return

Return Requirements for Supplements

To qualify for a full refund, returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unopened Products: Must be in original packaging, sealed, and unused
  • Opened Products: Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for quality concerns
  • Packaging Condition: Original packaging must be intact (not torn, damaged, or tampered with)
  • Return Authorization: Must include the completed Return Authorization Form we provide

Important Notes

  • Returns without a Return Authorization Form cannot be processed
  • All returns are shipped to our warehouse in Asia at the customer's expense, including any applicable customs fees
  • Returns with damaged or altered packaging may result in partial refunds or refund denial
